Let's take a look at Forbes top 400 list statistics.
The number of self made people in the list, which is people who did not have money to make money is more than three quarters of the total number of people in the list.
What does that mean for us?
It means the usual excuse that most of us had, which is, we need money to make money, is not valid anymore.
We have to find a new excuse now for not being successful.
I have been thinking of a few excuses myself, like I don't have much time to work on my passion, there is too much competition, I do not have a unique proposition, but these seem to not work as well.
Then I thought, aha, I do not have enough knowledge yet, but then stumbled across YouTube, Coursera, edx.
Turns out that excuse is out of bounds as well.
I think I will actually have to work hard at it after all, but in case you have some new and valid excuses, please let me know.
I can try those out as well.
